Big Rugs
Almost all of our big room-sized rugs are done as custom orders. They are designed by our customers, sometimes guided by pictures of older weavings and sometimes completely from the customer's imagination. So they are all unique, and are the product of a collaborative effort to make a beautiful rug that will work perfectly in the space it is made for. We don't often get pictures of our rugs in their homes, but here are a few.
This is a handspun custom woven rug occupuying a home on the East Coast. We designed and built our big loom to weave this piece.
